Flex Pay 2 Payment Plan Option
Now through February 12, 2012, Silver Dollar City offers a 2 payment plan for 2012
Season Pass purchases! The Flex Pay 2 Payment Option is a simple 2 step payment
program designed to make your 2012 Season Pass purchase easier during the holiday
season. Before placing your order, please read the following terms of Silver Dollar
City’s Flex Pay 2 Payment Plan Option:
- The Flex Pay 2 Payment Plan Option is available for 2012 season pass orders purchased
through February 12, 2012.
- A $1.00 per ticket processing fee applies for each pass or ticket sold through
Silver Dollar City Attractions websites.
- By accepting the Flex Pay 2 Payment Plan Option - you agree to pay 1/2 of the
order total today, and to authorize payment of the remaining balance in a final
payment 30 days from the date of the initial order with the same credit card. If
your debit or credit card expires or is canceled, you agree to notify Silver Dollar
City Customer Service at 1-800-225-0222 ext. 7142 and supply an alternative card
before the next payment is due. Our system may not accept credit or debit cards
that expire earlier than March 12, 2012. We ask you double check the expiration
date prior to ordering to ensure the card is valid through the due date of the second
payment. Orders will be accepted through February 12, 2012.
- The final payment will be billed to your card 30 days from the order date. If
the debit or credit card declines, one additional effort will be made for authorization
within 24 hours. If the debit or credit card is still of “declined” status, one
effort will be made to contact you via email or telephone to provide an alternative
payment method. Please be sure the provided telephone number has messaging capability
and/or provide an email address that is operable.
- If second payment is not received 30 days from the order date, the season passes
and guest vouchers will automatically be invalidated and will not be accepted at
the turnstiles for admittance. The season passes and guest vouchers will not be
valid until final payment has been received.
- If the final payment is not received for any reason by May 1, all season pass
and guest vouchers will be voided and no refund will be issued for the first payment.
